Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wealth Fortress, including MoneyMap and The Planner (together, the “Service”), operated by Dragos-Constantin Cazan, trading as Wealth Fortress (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not financial advice

The Service is an organisational and planning tool. It performs calculations based entirely on the figures and rules you enter — it does not recommend specific investments, tax strategies, or products, and nothing in the Service constitutes regulated financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using it, and should consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser for personalised advice.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually, as selected) via our payment processor, Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

4. Your data and content

You own the financial information you enter into the Service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers or third-party advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and how it’s used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part of its underlying software, design, or branding; reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code or methodology beyond what your browser naturally exposes to you as a logged-in user; use automated tools to access the Service outside normal use (including excessive or abusive API requests); use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, visual identity, and the “Wealth Fortress”, “MoneyMap” and related names and marks, is owned by Dragos-Constantin Cazan, trading as Wealth Fortress, and protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own financial planning — it does not transfer any ownership or right to copy, resell, or build a competing product from it. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against unauthorised copying or redistribution.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep calculations accurate and the Service available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including the acceptable use section above, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
